Good evening doctors, i did an MRI contrast Angio for neck yesterday & today impression says:
T2W and STIR hyperintense and T1w hypointense homogeneous enhancing lesion is seen in the right lobe of the
thyroid measuring ~3.8 x 1.3cms and another similar lesion seen in the midline measuring ~1.4 x 1.4cms. No evidence of tracheal compression or infiltration into surrounding structures noted.
Multiple lobulated T2w and STIR heterogeneous and T1W hypointense enhancing lesions are seen in bilateral level II and III, largest one measuring 5.1 x 3.5 x 2.5cms in right level III and displacing the right sternocleidomastoid muscle anteriorly. No evidence of carotid vessel compression seen.
