Diagnosed vertigo, tinnitus and nystagmus by an otolaryngologist recently. Symptoms started after fainting and fall on the head 2 years ago.
Should MRI be done? If yes, then what is suspected?

A more detailed history is required for the type of injury, any symptoms related to hearing and balance if experienced post injury, was it evaluated at that time ? It could be related to an inner ear injury which might have occurred at the time of fall. Will need detailed assessment and repeat imaging to localise cause of symptoms
