Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello dictor,for the past six minths i have been having constant balance problem.At rimes i feel like iam swaying,being pulled to one side when i walk.Last week,while sleeping i turned to my side i felt a spinning sensation,i had to sleep straight,i noticed now with every head movement i get that spinning sensation,this is badly affecting me as i am even scared to move around.Been taking vertin and stemetil for one week but no help.Please help

Recently I recovered from mild sinus , also muffled ear during sinus, now all are gone but when I chew or yawn Or open my mouth wider I can hear some clicking sounds in both of my ears sometimes in one ear...I do not experience any ear pain or hearing problem but this clicking sounds are annoying me i just want to, understnd what's happening with my ear.... Does using eardrops clears those sounds if those sounds are because of earwax??? Please suggest

Critical burning sensation in mouth due to which cant eat little spicy food. Kimdly suggest medicine and ointment

I was recently recovered from cold of 25days due to travel history now I'm sensitive to dust, cold breeze of fan during night time and early morning ..... whole day i was good (rarely I'm getting sneezes due to dust allergy hence runny nose starts) during night I feel diacomfort with fan air but there's no option to switch it off as im staying in hostel , hence due to fan I was getting cough for a while with foam, clear mucus and some digested food tooo for around one hour... And then i can sleep hassle free.... Can you please suggest to recover from this problem

Dear doctor, Mei mere family doctor ke pass medicine ke liye gaya tha last one week before for reason I'm unable to get sleep of 1 week..& mujhe latrine khule ke nahi ho raha tha..so doctor ne prescribe kya medicine..lactihusk powder, o anxit, tryptomer 25mg & ocd dsr. with including clinic medicine..but mene outside medicine nahi liya aur clinic medicine khaya toh mujhe nind Ane laga but now last 2days se I'm unable to get sleep.please suggest what to do now.

Doctor has diagnosed swelling in one nostril of my 1 year baby he snores while sleeping and sound comes from only one nostril as of it has cough and given xylokare p 1 drop 3 times,Coldman  ,defcort,azithral.Is it safe to give does it contain steroid .I have consulted 2 doctors and really very worried .Please help

Hi, I am potentially diagnosed with allergic sinusitis and currently on monticope once every night and nasonex spray every night. I am having headache tonight and want to take Ibuprofen (Brufen 400). Is it safe to take it? If not can I skip tonight's monticope and taken brufen 400 instead to relieve myself of headache? Please advice.

My daughter aged 3 years 9 months old. She's having constant running nose for the past 3 months. Doctor said it may be due to allergy and prescribed lasmac lc syrup. She told to give for 1 month. Now ots almost 15 days but still running nose has not stopped. Her flum is thick. What could be the cause?
