Tinnitus (buzzing sound) with dizziness
I have taken ct scan for brain and carotid doppler, impedance audiometry and pure tone audiometry. everything is normal except pure tone audiometry shows mild high frequency hearing loss on left ear.i can hear everything but only when there is no noise in the room i hear the buzzing sound.medication taking is t.bilovas, meganeuron od+ and t.trika 0.25 for 15 days. completed 15 days but still buzzing sound is there. need suggestions thanks

It will be helpful if you share the reports of the investigations
As such your symptoms are suggestive of noise induced trauma
If any previous left ear infection can also cause this type

If sleep is disturbed kindly switch on white noise in youtube at the start of the sleep and ask someone to stop it after you doze off
