Throat irritating due to acid reflux
Am facing throat irritating especially during sleep in the last one week.. am doing salt water goggle also.. but still it is there.. am not facing any other issues because of acid reflux like heart burning or stomach pain etc..

This does not require gargles Kindly avoid caffeine, oily and spicy diet Avoid sleeping on a full stomach Finish your dinner 3 hours before bedtime
