Hello sir, The lump which you are seeing at the back side of the throat is not tonsil stones; there are granulations which occur due to the reflux of the acid from the stomach into the throat. And thithis condition isre commonly seen in patients with acid peptic disease. Try to consult an ENT specialist for medical management. Advice: Don't eat spicy foods, drink plenty of water, eat at proper times, and avoid stress. Dont take tea or coffee while going to sleep
Next Steps
Consult with ENT specialist for further opinion
