Sore throat
Every-time i am kissing my partner for more than five mins i am getting sore throat i have been noticing the pattern since last three months what can i do to not to get sore throat every-time i kiss her, I am easily prone towards getting sore throat as anytime i eat outside food or drink a cold beverage or when i lose my sleep i do get my tonsils infected easily hence i end up getting sore throat easily since childhood,anyway currently my concern is when ever i am kissing my partner i am getting sore throat with in 30-60mins and which is lasting for 4-5days or even more i am facing this issue since 3-4months since the first time i kiss her.

May be u are having some allergic pharyngitis due to the lipstick/lip balm she is using, do regular gargle with betadine 1tsf diluted in half glass of water three times a day. Get a thorough consultation to properly evaluate ua symptoms and get a permanent solution.
