Throat sore
I have a sore throat from a long time I found 2 lumps under the jaw behind the ear which are very small  on the tongue there is a ulcer type line on the right side which is there from 5 6 weeks and in the neck I fell that there is something like something comes in my neck which is very small?! What should I do?! What is the prescribetion of the medicine

You have seen tongue papillae in base of tongue. That vertical ulcer like line is also commonly seen. Nothing to worry just avoid checking yourself too much in mirror

The swelling under the jaw can be be lymph nodes as a result of infection.
