I have a sore throat. Should I gargle with Betadine Gargle or is it ok to do salt water gargle itself.

Dilute BETADINE mouth gargles (for 2-3 min) four times daily for 5 days is better. If one has to do with salt water (it should be for 30 min) which is practically not feasible
