Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been facing pain in my throat for the last 4 days and I am also taking medicine from a nearby doctor I also took Azithromycin 500 but no any impact, I'm unable to eat, drink and sleep also. Also continued gargling with salt and taking honey and turmeric but no improvement. Pain while talking. Unable to swallow. pls suggest the best medicine for immediate effect.

I wanted to know if activities like cooking, washing clothes (manually) etc are safe 10 days after tympanoplasty. Also, how much weight can one carry safely after tympanoplasty?
