Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I face breathing issues from nose . CT SCAN of nose reveals- 1.)mild mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary sinuses. 2.) nasopharyngeal tosnil enlarged 3.) nasal septum deviated towards left side with spur formation on right side. The doctor has prescribed me fluticon ft nasal spray APART from these what should be done , should is use steam inhalation , or any other yoga or saline wash ,.what precautions should be taken.

I have a severe cold and cough congestion from last 3 days and now my ear starts paining What to do about ear pain

Hi I've a lump beneath my right tonsils. I've gastritis over 3-4 years. Is this lump normal/benign??

Today I tried to sneeze but it went away. This happened to me 3 to 4 times today. I have not applied any type of pressure. Ik if I do not sneeze dangerous stuffs can happen but what will I do if it goes away without my permission? Please guide me thanks.

Facing hearing problems for a few days, and In the cold weather it is also facing pain inside the ear.

My total IGe is 3050 iu/ml  after which I did Allergy panel test.In that it came positive for Dust panel with 27.1 KUA/L. Does it mean that out of total it constitutes 2710 iu/ml? Kindly help me out with the measurements.Tx alott
