Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

This issue I'm facing since 6 months whenever I talk to someone or concentrate in a concentration or meeting a new person I feel lightheaded or feeling dizzy with nervousness and eyes becoming blur and can't turn my neck of a sudden. Sometimes I feel like I'm about to faint. I sometimes feel loss of balance while walking. I don't know why this happens. FYI I had anxiety issues post lockdown and now I'm normal talking healthy diet food. I don't know why this is happening and please help me.
