Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear is paining as if there's something inside it and i also have thorn like pain in the side of throat opposite to the ear .what medications shall i take it's really disturbing.

I have cold by 7 days yesterday in night My nose was blocked and suddenly there was a pain in my ear after sometime my ear was very heavy and a whistle sound start irritating me this problem is continue since night what should I do please tell me

On 31st January, i had severe virtigo attack. I visited Medanta hospital and there I was diagnosed BPPV and they did Epley Manoure which reduced my dizziness. They also advised Zervert 8 mg twice a day. I was still getting dizziness, so i again did free follow up consultation next day. There one more Epley manoure was done. Now i am not getting severe virtigo problem. But still getting little dizziness while walking. My questions are: Question1: How many Epley Manoure are required to completely get rid of BPPV? Question 2: Is there any side effect of Zevert 8 mg if i continue it for long time. I am also suffering with Grave hyperthyroid and Atrial fibrillation and taking a lot of bp, thyroid, blood thinner. Question 3 : I am getting tinnitus sound continuously since 31st. How to get rid of sound. Kindly answer all 3 questions

I have continuous spit at throat , no cold cough no pain . Repeatedly  clear throat , problem aggravate after meal , consulted ENT specialist , he suggested Mucain gel & Pan D for 15 days . Got relief for some days but problem has started again , what medicine should I take ? Please guide

U pushed q tip deeper a week back,after that i suffered pain so in hurry i poured coconut oil in it. From that day onwards i feel like my iam hearing less from that ear. I feel like my ear is pressurised from inside. And dizziness everytime i move my body. Will there be any possibility of coconut oil freezing in middle ear. Doctor said everything okay

Hello doctor my baby past before 1 month had ear pain I went to doctor he prescribed ciprofloaxin ear drops then after 2 days gone he told that she is having lot of dust in her ear then again now she is crying for ear pain why she is getting ear pain frequently pls help me is this serious issue?

My mother suffered from covid 2 years back. After recovering doctor diagnosed that she was having osteomyelitis on her upper jaw near maxillary sinus bone, to treat which the bone was removed. Now there is no partition between nose and mouth in the right side. Can anyone please suggest if we can get reconstruction without extraction any existing bones from the body.

I have been having this ear pain right side and also left side, and is causing me  headache like constant pressure on my head the right ear  keeps itching me inside feeling so uncomfortable, and irritated...

My 3-month-old baby failed the initial OAE test for one ear. We have done the test two times one after birth and another after 2 months.Dr suggested for the BERA test. Recently we have done that and it suggested sevear hearing loss for both ears.not sure what should be the next course of action. Should I need to consult an ENT for my baby? Any good ENT suggestions in Kolkata/ Delhi.
