Septoplasty
Septoplasty and Turbinoplasty had done  6 months ago. I feel suffocation still .I am attaching CT-scan which was done after surgery. Plz confirm me whether my Terbunates are normal or not in size .Any sign of empty nose syndrome. Plz share your valuable advice.

You might have crusting problem. CT scan is not proper.

Better to visit ENT specialist and get the diagnostic nasal endoscopy done...

It's very inappropriate and a bit insane to find solution of such problems by posting one line questions online or by surfing over internet. Kindly visit ur surgeon in clinic discuss ur issues and get urself investigated for better understanding of problem and adequate solution

Good evening What is your present complaint? Any history of crustations? Or nasal discharge? Looks like bilateral inferior turbinates partially resected ! CT films are not vivid!
