Regarding painless bump under my tongue
It has been there for 5 days.. when i gargle with warm water.. it feels that it shrinks.. but again after some time it feels bigger... Its symptom less but i am worried is it cancer or something...it has reduced to some extent since gargle but while gargling it becomes really small..
Please guide me
