Betadine gargle
I want to ask that after doing gargle with betadine can i rinse mouth with fresh water. And also that if we cannot rinse then the saliva produced after doing gargles can be swallowed or not because it somewhere indicated of thyroid issues? And how much time gap needs to be there before eating or drinking something?

Yes you can rinse mouth after betadine gargles..It's okay if you swallow the saliva after the gargles, it will not cause any harm.
Prefer doing betadine mouth wash after the meal rather than before meal.

Betadine gargle is better done after meals. Since it's a medicated gargle, use it after consulting a doctor. Saliva can be swallowed after the gargle. Do not use the gargle for more than the specified time.
