Salt water Gargle
Should I drink water after 10 mins. of salt water gargle?? Please suggest. I have read somewhere that so the salt doesn't cause our other cells to dry out.
Should i drink water after gargles or take a gap and drink lots of water? for little sore throat (not a severe situation)
