Betadine gargle
Hello I wanted to ask if it is okay to use betadine for gargling every night. I often have a mildly soar throat, and betadine gives me great relief, but I wanted to know if it's safe to use continually. Thank you so much.

Its ok. You can use warm water with salt for gargling also. Its equally effective.

Betadine gargle is an antibiotic solution which prevents from many Complications like bad smell in the mouth , dental caries ,gum bleed throat infection etc It is very safe to use daily except for the staining of teeth If you find your teeth stained yellow then you can go with chlorhexidine mouth gargling
