Yesterday I went to doctor he said it is lymphodenitis ..i have swollen lymph nodes near neck right side ..just below jaw right side from past 4 days..it's painfull when I press..but i don't have any other symptomss..is it cancer or something .I'm scared

According to your history it doesn't look like cancer. It is swelling of cervical lymph nodes because of infection.
