Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I have sore throat and runny nose from the past 3 days So when consulted ent doctor ...he prescribed levoflox 500mg After taking this medicine for 3 days...shoulder pain started it's paining when I lift my hand Is it safe to take this medicine ?

My daughter is having Tonsils,3yrs,14kgs weight,they are red,swollen and white spot on it..shez having fever,for how many days fever remains?? Is ther high fever due to tonsils? She had 102-103 fever..

Ho Doctor. I was having cold from 2 weeks with cough and blocked ear and beep soubd I visited ENT, they checked told there is too much wax built in ear and after using one week for wax drops...they removed wax by ear wash. Now still am feeling beep sound continously. What could be the reason and should i need to revist ent or can i ignore.

Is there any ayurvedic treatment to cure sinus permanently??????????????????????????????????????????

I have very small blood streaks when I clear my throat in the mornings along with green colour phlegm from one week. It started with a sore throat after going outside in cold air and polluted area. Consulted ENT and he diagnosed granular pharyngitis and prescribed antibiotics, anti allergic and betadine gargil along with an antacid. But I am still getting blood streaks in green phlegm even though I am using antibiotics from the last 4 days.No Sore throat  , No fever , No weight loss , No smoking and alcohol drinking habit , No cough, had history of nose bleed once, No nasal congestion, No snoring habit. I attached blood streak pics of the last two day mornings. This blood streak episodes repeats every year for me particularly in winters and whenever I feel col. This is making me anxious about my health condition although I am feeling fine physically outside. For second opinion Do I need to consult a pulmonologist or a general physici9an?

I am taking thyroxine sodium 100mcg for last 3 years. Couple of days back I took Thyroid test in which my TSH went below range(0.26) and T3 is 11.2 and T4 is 13.1. General physician suggested me to skip 100mcg dosage on Sunday and continue from Monday to Saturday. Is this right or should I have to decrease dosage please let me know

Hello this is my ct scan report , it indicates 1.) DNS AND SPUR 2.) ENLARGED ADENOIDS AND although there is no inferior turbinates swelling but on pulling the nose through cheeks breathing becomes easier , so , is the dns of grade 1 or is it severe , do i need septoplasty , i face breathing issue through nose , i am also attaching blood report , which indicates high eosinophills , so will allergy management will be enough or do i need surgery..and also in adenoidectomy required. i am 22 years old. SO IS SEPTOLPASTY REQUIRED, is DNS SEVERE , AND IS ADENOIDECTOMY REQUIRED , I AM CURRENTLY ON FLUTICONE FT SPRAY FOR 1 MONTH , A BIT IMPROVEMENT IS THERE BUT THE PROBLEM IS THERE ,
