Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My husband has a kind of sinus headache on one side, eyes are watering, little pain in throat too. What can be done? He is using spectacles already..

Hello doctors, I often use earbuds or Q-tips to clean my ears but I had heard that it's push your earwax deeper inside your ear cannal and it can harn you ears so I have a high usage of earphones daily then what is the best way to clean your ears and get rid of itching inside of ears ?

I have two glands that are swollen in my neck without any pain except for slight ear pain. What could it be? Who should I consult?

Does hard immovable fixed node behind ear under skin means cancer ? It does not move from 7 months same size ... can fixed nodes can be normal as well ?

Can I take levocetrizine in afternoon instead of evening? Because whenever I take it in evening, i feel sleepy throughout the next day.

My son was of SLIT from november 2021 to june 2022 .we stop the treatment for 45 days but my son started having red eyes and sinus problem so we started again. But after starting his symptoms have increased. Can I know that is this due to immunotherapy drops.

Good evening doctors, Is it normal to have one ear hearing better than the other. I've observed closely today that my hearing is different in both ears. While i snapped fingers close to them, the Left ear has hard and clear hearing but the right ear has lower hearing ability. Is there something wrong with the right one???

I'm get severe headache with hothead from time to time, when I take medicine I feel well after sometime, but when the effects of medicine wears off I get headache with hot head again, also my body temperature is normal but my head feels like I have high temperature. During that time my head feels very heavy, even when I move it a little it feels very heavy with alot of pain. I think my flu is blocked, is there anyway to make my nose runny.

Hard, painless & fixed node behind ear... skin over that node move but node is fixed.. size same from 7 months what it could be ... next action?
