Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I had turbinoplast and septoasty 4 months back.Anybody please let me know whether I have Empty Nose Syndrome. Kindly find attached images.

My thyroid test result is which medicine i have to use. Please suggest me regarding this. What are the precautions can take.

I had Turbinoplasty and Septoplasty of left nostril 4 months back. Mucus is not producing from left nostril. What is the reason? And How many time to recover turbinates after surgery?

My baby is suffering from adenoids...so,doctor suggested to did surgery for adenoids..but before the surgery one one my baby got mild cold and cough..can I go for surgery or not?

Past 3 days i have giddiness... whenever i wake from bed,chair or bending down and waking up movements...i feel like giddiness and vision getting black for 2 to 3 secs...the giddiness is present continuously... sometimes i have headache in the front of head or parietal side at point pain... sometimes there is no headache but giddiness is continuing.. suddenly my vision getting black and it is disappearing aftr 2 to 3 secs..my eyes feels like weighted... sometimes during headache in the mid of nyt i feel like vomiting sensation...later ot also subside

Tonsils removed 20 yr back , but last 15 days I hv throat pain when swallowing and cold and cough . Dr give cold and cough medicine s. But Still pain when swallowing any things. Small lump seen were tonsils. What is the treatment for this.  tonsils grow again?

I am having throat discomfort from 1 day I just used Chlorhexidine mouth gargle and I took paracetamol 500 mg tablet before yesterday sleep. From today around 10.00am i got sudden body pains light chills fatigue and fever and i am having only oneside throat pain (left) and pain while swallowing food and redness and continues pain and sensation around left tonsil and i am having thick mucus comming from back side of nose I attach few images for a look please suggest the digonosis and treatment. And i am having some spots on tonsil on left side.

Having dry cough and chest pain ate ice cream day before yesterday.and on coughing I vomit too I am unable to sleep in night

No fever but feeling high cough ad cold while cough. Last week had mild fever ad headache, had tablets for that but cough more trouble now pls advice
