Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Throat sensitive to paint smell, perfume smells, car ac, seasonal changes, all out, hard smells etc. Sensitive to some food items like curd, cold drink, sweets etc. While brushing teeth in the morning, sever cough occurs and sometimes blood comes from throat. Sometimes acid also comes out. Mostly, throat has a kind of sensation called Matharna in hindi. Please suggest treatment possible reasons.

Hi..I was suffering from severe cough and cold few days back and after that I am getting this beating sound in my left ear.There is no pain.But continuous sound is coming.

Dear Doctors, I have been facing throat issues for almost an year, initially I used to face too much hoarseness, I consulted 2 ent by far, t first one kept me on montelukast then the hoarseness did go completely but somehow it reduced to some level, then just to have permanent cure I consulted another ent, he also said it is acid reflux only , he did basic largyoscopy and found two nodules on my vocal cord and some keratosis. I don't know when I will get cured , can someone pls guide me for permanent cure, it literally makes me frustrated to have itchy throat n hoarseness when I talk a little extra. I am attaching the pic of my current prescription , ur advice shall be greatly appreciated!

My biochemistry test report: RBS = 125 of 70-140 ASO = <50.00 of upto 200 Serum uric acid = 5.5 of 3.5-7.2 Thyroid profile: 1. T3= 0.58 of 0.61-1.81 2. T4 = 3.9 of 3.2-12.6 3. TSH = 0.23 of 0.35 - 5.5 IgE = 337.8 of 1.5-378 Is my test normal besides thyroid report? Am I suffering from hypothyroidism?

Hlo i have blocked nose and recurrent allergy , sore throat ,runny nose ,eye itching . I want to do CT scan PNS to see whether i have polyps or deviated septum . Can I do it or i have to consult doctor first and take some medicines before doing CT scan PNS. Thnks

Hii sir I had a fungal infection in my ear, ENT Doctor cleared it. BUT  Now I am hearing some "suuuiiiii" voice in my ear..Is it normal?

I'm having a sinusitis problem for nearly 10+ years I have always had a blockage nose for one side and frequently getting headaches before, and now it has developed as I'm getting a headache when I use my phone for some time. Can anybody please suggest the best treatment to cure this problem permanently.

Today I took blood test for thyroid check up. My T3 is 1. 46(low)is T4 is 0.92(low) and my TSH is 3.47 normal, currently I am taking 50mcg eltroxin daily morning do I need to reduce my tablet dosage now kindly advise...

An ent specialist has performed ear cleaning in my right ear. And from that night. A continuous beep sound is playing in my right ear. I visited the doctor again and he said it will go away in a week. Is this a concern to look for. Can anyone please help.

My daughter has ear paining after cusultation with dr. They told us have some swolling .actually they given amoxycylline and pott.cal.625,tribuline tab.  b complex capsule,1 cream ,we applying from 3 days but pain not reduced what can we do.... is it right medicine?,if needed I will put priscription over here.pls suggest kindly..
