Deviated nasal septum
I have dns , and difficulty in breathing through , please check the ct scan attached , and guide do i need to undergo septoplasty surgery . i dont have sneezing .

Based on your history and ct scan. You might require septoplasty and bilateral inferior turbinoplasty. Which will improve your symptoms.

Frankly, in your case, I would opt to treat you conservatively for at least 2 weeks, failing which, we could always opt for a minimally invasive balloon sinuplasty with endoscopic septal correction(if necessary).

You can undergo Septoplasty surgery if nasal block is significant along with ITH reduction. However sneezing is because of allergy, hence that may still persist post surgery.
