Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been dealing with runny nose problem since I was 16 years old, but at that time only after waking up this problem occured that too for few hours only, from then my condition has been worsening. Nowdays almost 24 hours this runny nose problem is disturbing me. What to do?

My mom has got running nose we had tried many hospitals and doctors this is our final option for us now . My mom is getting continued runny nose with out having any cold drinks when my mom is going is to sleep is getting pain in here ears too . Pls let me know what should we do now ? My father had tympanoplasty 18 days ago. Today we returned home after 4 days of travel of which, 3.5 days were in train and last leg via bus. The road was rough on many parts and there were many sharp turns. There were some hilly areas as well. My father did complain of some discomfort in his ear during the journey. After reaching home, after some hours I noticed my father's ear was bleeding. It was bleeding through the cotton doctor had put in there and told us to remove after 20 days. Doctor had told us bus journey would be safe. Is there anything to worry?

I had a fever for 3 days and I was under medication including anti biotics. I didn't have much of soar throat but today (5th day from start of fever) , I felt a bit of pain in my throat. I could out that there is a tiny hole in my tonsil. Is it something to be worried? How do I get rid of this?

Since past 3 days I am having pain in both sides of throat and pain while swallowing. Also there is pain in the throat.

I have runny nose , congestion, itchy eyes , sore throat upper part . When i take citrezine i goes away but if i leave it it again happens . Can I take daily one simple Citrezine. Are there any side effects of taking it daily .

I have inferior turbinate hypertrophy in right nostril and have been advised cauterization of inferior turbinate.. do it carry the risk of empty nose syndrome in future.. and is cauterization done under general anesthesia

Recently there was a white patch under my tongue when I checked I realised that it was an ulcer around the by teeth areas Then the next day i observed that the ulcer spread there was one under the tongue .It is a bit painful.I am really scared as it has happened with me first time and it reached under the tongue.. Kindly help me.

Doctor prescribed me for 25 % glucose with glycerine drops and and saline nasal wash .Septoplasty done 3 months ago . I am suffering from nose heaviness, nose suffocation.

I have been having breathing difficulty from my right nostril since past 3 and a half months my nasal endoscopy and ct scan show turbinate hypertrophy.. i have been using fluticasone ft nasal spray since past 20 days but there is no improvement please guide me
