Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From yesterday evening i have high fever and weakness. Also, due to cough , i feel confused and can't hear properly. I took about one dose of Ascoril LS and half more after 5 hours due to confusion and congestion and 3 paracetamol tablets since yesterday. I'm still very uncomfortable and weak and can't think properly and can't hear properly. Can i start having benadryl since I took the last dose of Ascoril LS 16 hours before .

Had a mastoidectomy + tympanoplasty 20 days ago due to otomastoiditis and a large perforation in the eardrum. Recently after a bumpy journey by road, my head feels heavy and my mouth feels slightly bitter. There's some bleeding whenever I do some activity like washing clothes. The heaviness and headache is especially more if I'm angry. I asked the doctor then first he said "nothing to worry just remove the cotton start using the drops (candibiotic plus)". When I told him it's bleeding again, he just told me "take Trapic 500mg for 5 days". Is everything really okay? Or the graft has possibly dislodged?

It's been 10 months post covid I m suffering this mucus produce in left side nostril, left nose block, and blocked in left side face till tragus ear , outer ear inflammation, horrible ear pain when air pass through left ear, used many antibiotic and nasal spray, my ENT Dr says ear is fine but my ear ache is unexplainable, I use to get cold 4 per year, now after covid it's been 10 months continuously, not curing by medicine what am I going Through
