I face difficulty breathing . ct scan of nose  done . reveals. 1.) DNS TOWARDS LEFT AND SPUR IN RIGHT . 2.)NASOPHARYNGEAL TONSIL ENLARGED. I HAVE AATACHED THE SCAN - PLEASE CHECK AND GUIDE IF DNS IS EXTREME AND IS SURGERY REQUIRED ,AND IS ADENOIDS MAXMALLY ENLARGED AND  IS ADENOIDECTOMY  REQUIRED .OR IT WILL GET BETTER WITH MEDICINES.. CURRENTLY ON FLUTICONE SPRAY FOR 1 MONTH BUT A LITTLE IMPROVEMENG BUT STLL PROBLEM IS THERE SHOULD I WAIT FOR 1 MORE MONTH

Hi good evening! The CT scan shows enlarged inferior turbinate looks allergic ! What kind of work you do? Repeated sneezing? If any allergy needs to be treated Yea there is airway compromise because of adenoids Take steroid and antihistamine nasal spray for 6 weeks And follow allergy precautions
Next Steps
If no improvement can consider surgery but allergic component if any needs post op medical treatment thank you
