Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have this cold and cough everyday but after covid near throat I get whistle sounds like infection once I am not taking montec lc, after taking montec lc everything is fine for 10 to 12 hours . Earlier I had sinus issues .

I have a pain in ear from last 2 months ,and ear feels like heavy ness,very less hearing loss, and running nose and sore throat from 5-6 days

My brother played cricket day before yesterday in some rain and from yesterday morning after he had outside breakfast he is having mild throat pain and no other symptoms and we r thnkng it's due to climate change. Yesterday evng he ate some spicy food outside and he says the pain increased during the whole night yesterday that he can't sleep. Today I'm thnkng of taking some antibiotics but what could be the reason and what is the correct process of treatment He never had such pain and no symptoms now except throat pain and his voice also is normal

All the time i feel like the dryness in my upper throat, upper part of tongue, should i concern about this.. no pain nthing feels like, just got sometimes over dryness. Sometimes rest all feel good..

This issue I'm facing since 6 months whenever I talk to someone or concentrate in a concentration or meeting a new person I feel lightheaded or feeling dizzy with nervousness and eyes becoming blur and can't turn my neck of a sudden. Sometimes I feel like I'm about to faint. I sometimes feel loss of balance while walking. I don't know why this happens. FYI I had anxiety issues post lockdown and now I'm normal talking healthy diet food. I don't know why this is happening and please help me.

My throat is sore and unable to swallow and gulp. Have green phlegm cough coming out. Pls suggest medicines for relief. No fever or cold apart from this.
