Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since years I have sinus problem but now my nose bone is feeling heavy and right side nose is always blocked I have CT scan for this It's showing chronic sinusitis any treatment for this

Had a severe cold for 10 days last month. Noticed a lump like texture in my right neck which appears only when I tilt my neck upwards. Took an USG of neck after suggestion. Attaching report here. Can some one please say if it is serious. Am very scared

My father had a tympanoplasty on his left ear 7 days ago. Today a child poked his left cheek playfully after which he's complaining about pain inside his left ear. Anything to worry?

Last 7days my wife is suffering with cough at night time. After that vomitings.she used some cough syrup ref by one of her friend.even though it is not reduced.pls suggest.

She is suffering from sound in ear since 2 years. We took treatment for it 2years ago it got set then. Now it got repeated to her. Doctors are suggesting for a surgery as her. Doubt here is one doctor is suggesting for eustation tube surgery and second doctor is suggesting for sinusitis surgery. We are not able to understand what is what. Can you please suggest for the correct procedure to be done. Pics of the reports attached food your reference.

I generally use an ear bud to clean my ears. However today while using one, i found that cotton has gotten stuck inside my ear. There is no pain yet but my ear feels jammed. I have used warm oil for the night. But i am seriously seeking help.

My throat is always itchy ,where I always have to constantly keep clearing  my throat.I have no cold or Flu .The irritation in the throat has been months for now.Joints are also  so painful in both legs
