Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doc, I have done ct PNS scan and got this results attached reports please tell actions to be taken with out any surgeries..

Last 27th an ENT surgeon told me to take cefpodoxime proxetil tablets twice a day due to lymph node infection. I have taken three tablets of which from yesterday till this morning. But my throat started hurting since yesterday afternoon. This morning while eating, I noticed that my throat was very sore. Can someone please tell me is this a side effect of the medicine? What should I do now, or should I take the medicine again?

My query is that i was having thorat pain from last 20 days was finding difficult to swallow food and so went for a check up doc now after taking medicine i m feeling relief from pain...but there is slight pain sometimes it pain in the left side or right of my thorat...for pain doc had given me defcort 6 and zerodol p to have for 5 days...so that day i went for a follow up doc said there little swelling in my thorat and i my having cough and cold also...so gave me other tablest for 10 days...my query is can i take defcort and zerodol p for more 5 days there is liitle pain...plz suggest and also what the reason for thorat swelling ...

I have mild ringing in left ear from 9 months and sound sensitivity from certain sounds (sounds from TV, mobile, speakers etc even at moderate volume). I have tried Gingko Biloba and Neurobian in the past (3 months back) but did not see any improvement. So, I use foam/silicon ear plugs to protect my hearing from loud noises and from sounds from TV, speakers. I am doing overall okay though my quality of life is restricted. Recently I visited a doctor and he prescribed Tinnicar (Caroverine 20mg) for 1 month and Ginkoba M. I am not sure if Tinnicar can help and I want to know if it can cause any side effects? Basically I don't want to over Medicare myself since I have accepted this issue. Any guidance will be very helpful. Attached my Hearing test and impendence test results. Thanks.

Hi doc, Actually suffering with sinusitis suggested to do CT PNS Scan and can you please tell what measures need to be taken without surgeries and all.. Is there any issue need to worry.

I consulted a homeopathy doctor for inner ear bacterial infection I had inner ear bacterial infection took augmentin 625 for 2 days cured ear pain so I stopped medicine Where as doctor prescribed for 5 days Now I consulted homeopathy doctor prescribed Ear drops I want to know can ear drops cure inner ear bacterial infection? I am just wondering how? Because my ent specialist not prescribed Will it or not ear drops?

I have done my nose piercing 2 days back, it is not much painfull but it seems to be infected as, the area is swelled. Also i am aplying mupirocin. How it will heal faster? Also how the swelling can be reduced?

I was unable to hear due to ear wax so I poured few ear drops in left ear called ear wax remover but now it is completed blocked unable to hear at all...today I went to Dr he poured few shots of warm water and prescribed Duke ear drops and said if I use it for 5 days the wax may get diluted so that next when we shoot warm water your ear gets cleaned and you can hear... is there any solution to get it solved any sooner

All time bottom neck vain are pumping like a heartbeat as balloon doctor say vain is week and pressure came to pump and after release pressure so again and again pumping

Sir i have pain and discomfort in throat but without swallowing problems .i also have cyst type formation in tonsils.after eating food feeling of some food  struck in throat.sir what type of problem is this?
