Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hyy I'm feeling still dizziness after two month of vestibular neuritis..and also feeling fullness Ans strain in my ear do I need myringotomy

Hello Dr. I am having throat discomfort from past 10days. Starting days I have that discomfort through windpipe also. I did my thyroid test and it's normal. I consulted Dr. She is general physician. She gave me chymortin forte daily twice. I slightly got cleared with wind pipe discomfort. But still having throat discomfort. Sometimes I have to take my breath heavily that's also occasionally. Initially I have slight pain near chin and underarms and breast and in right hand and in one of the jaw. But all got settled except chin. Please help me

Since last 29 days ear seems to be heavy and little watery. She had homeopathy meds then it was fine a bit then again since last 2 days it started to pain and water has been keep coming out. She applied Glybiotic and from today taken Tab Gudcef CV 200. Please suggest any test to be done to find out root cause of the illness

Dear doctor, I am constantly struggling with my throat ache and taking different medicines, some medicines heal a little, some of them don't heal at all, but all the medicines are temporary in healing the throat. After a few days of taking medicines, my throat gets hurt again. To be honest, I'm tired of taking medicines for throat. Is there any way to heal my throat properly? I don't eat or drink cold products, before eating or drinking I always heat them in the microwave. I have breathing difficulties whoch increases on speaking due to arytenoid overriding vocal cord which was discovered on video laryngoscopy . i have done 1.) chest x ray - NORMAL 2.) PFT- NORMAL 3.)HRCT THORAX Reveals subcentimetric lymph nodes on pre cranial and pre tracheal region 4.) NECK X RAY -NORMAL 5.) NO VOCAL CORD POLYP OR MASS THE QUESTION IS DO I NEED TO GO FOR USG NECK.

I don't know that I had bubble in ear .I don't know what it is.how to cure .is it dangerous to worry about it?

It's A repeated question I have ear pain and buzzing sound So doctor prescribed mri brain and mri temporal  bone But because of financial problem and lack of knowledge I have done mri brain and screening temporal bone My question is? Is screening temporal bone enough? Or should  I have done mri temporal bone? I attached report Please answer and review report

I have been having occasional pains in the back of my neck on the right side for many days. While taking pictures today, I noticed that the right side of my neck is a little swollen. Which is not very clear to the naked eye. If you put your hand on the swollen area, no hard lump or gut-like thing can be felt. That is, there are no lymphnodes or tumors. I use two pillows to sleep, and work sitting all day. Another problem is that for the last 15 days there is a slight elevation in one place inside the mouth, there is no pain or irritation. An ENT doctor said it was due to smoking. There is nothing to fear. Quitting smoking will gradually return to normal. Currently I am taking antioxidant tablet. I wonder if it was for that cheek swelling? This neck swelling is something unusual or muscle swelling?

I had vertigo for the first time last year in March, lasted for days. Then again three weeks back lasted for  hours went to the Doctor I did x- ray nothing in the head,but it was ear infection on my left side, but lady last again for few minutes on the righten side. How can I get rid of it permanently? Please assist
