Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doctor I have ringing in ears and balance issue while walking i had consulted ent doctor he said ear is normal advised to take mri scan I want to take second opinion kindly help please.

I do have allergic rhinosinusitis and I do get my allergic problems most of the days in a week. Recently for past two months I am getting this problems on a daily basis, at the very beginning days of my allergic problems my symptoms used to be unstoppable sneezing. Now from past two months it's mostly my throat irritation, allergic cough which gets relieved immediately after taking antihistamine. But after maybe 48 hrs again the allegy arises. I do sleep in air conditioner and I believe it has some contribution to this increased problems with my allergy. What should be the treatment?

I have throat pain when swallowing last 3 days i went to a general physician he prescribed me Azithromycin 500,corest and rhinorest with rabepraz today i taken each one still pain not settled down pls guide me

Sir my right nostril is blocked since 2 months and i am unable to breathe through it i had a ct scan which revealed mild mucosal thickening , bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy and concha bullosa... i am having no other symtoms and i have been told to use kzenase nasal spray (contains fluticasone) and nasoclear nasal spray.. please guide me further..

It's been a year since was suffering from sound sensitivity issue... I can hear even mild sounds very clearly and some kind of sounds and vibration makes me anxious and panic... Feel like to run away from that sound otherwise I got panic attack... It interfere my life and activity I avoid going out and in mostly activity which I like.... This is I don't know what is it....  Some Sounds and vibration makes me anxious ...Advise something.. It first happen when I'm traveling outside city and feel some sort of sounds in my hotel room from then I'm prone to some sort of sounds... Help

My baby is 6 weeks old, her first hearing test after birth , she failed, but she was responsive to sounds, but lately she became little less responsive, we took to paediatrician for test, doctor mentioned there is lot of dirt in baby's ear and it needs to be cleaned before testing again, i am worried

Cannot sleep at night. Please help
