Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi all, I am taking thyronorm 75mg tablet now.. This is my thyroid values. I have a doubt . These values represents auto immune thyroid positive or negative. ? Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody,Serum value is 5.2 Tsh 4.36 Total T3 0.95 Total T4. 10.25 Can I control it through diet or need to increase tablet dosage ?

I have been suffering from imbalance or dizzy and swaying 24by 7 Took brain MRI and seem to be normal. Consulted few ENT doctors and have issues with ear but said that issue will not cause imbalance Having medicines for Bp and in control. No sugar complaint I feel more dizzy when i am in a small room or inside a super markets etc. Really not sure what to do. Feel like always walking or standing over a balloon.
