Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My nose is blocked after cold . I keep sneezing and running nose also is there. This has been like this for almost a month.

Is having too much antihistamines bad? I have my allergy inflammation almost every other day in specifically this season, is it bad for my health to have the medicine every other day for once?

Hi doctor I am having ringing in ears And difficult to stand in One place I had done audiogram test And my report says hearing is fine And ent doctor Said my ear drum is good but I am facing this neck pain And difficult walking Or balancing kindly help I want to  take second suggestion .

I am suffering from frequent sore throat since last four months, it comes and goes, but by taking antibiotics and prescribed medicines from general physician and after taking medicine and doing gargle with saltwater it gets normal, but after some days it comes back again, I feel slight discomfort and irritation in throat and mouth, my ear also gets hurt from noisy environments, that makes like drum sounds, apart from, blood came out from mouth only one time till now, I consulted ENT in Aligarh, he told me acid reflux issue and pharyngitis. Please tell me, should I worry about it or not?

Hi doctor I had consulted ent doctor for ringing in ears he Said my ear drums are good there's no problem And I had done audiometry test long back And report Said Normal my hearing is fine And my xray shows I have midly lumbar spondylosis l3,l4 will this be the reason for my ringing And balance issue kindly help now And how long can I take vertin tablet

I have started experiencing multiple issues only from last 1 year. Otherwise I was all fit and fine 1) My digestion has become bad, lot of gastric problem, heaviness after eating 2) Loosing even 1 kg of weight is a challenge 3) My eyesight is weakening every 2 months which was stagnant for last 5 years 4) Frequent urination 5) I feel a constant need to swallow, sleeping has become irregular and disturbed I fear my SPo2 is low during sleep. Cud it be sleep apnea. I am worried and not sure. Please help

I have been detected with polypoidal thickening of bilateral maxillary sinuses after an MRI I have this issue since 4 months There is consistent tightness behind left eye, cheek and behind ears followed with stiffness in left side of neck and headache in left side of head. I am scared as to is this something life threatening or serious?
