Minimal mucosal thickening in the right anterior ethmoid sinus. Mild bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy. Type 3 optic canal seen bilaterally. Type 2 cribriform plates seen on both sides. All Others are positive(normal). Can any doctor please advise whether I have to undergo surgery or medication is sufficient?I am clueless. Please advise . It will be very helpful.
