Throat pain and burning sensation in throat and Blood is coming after brushing and unable to eat food, throat is paining while swolling and small toung has swollen.Thank you

It may be due to gigivitis and reflux.. needs to be evaluated.. U can take pan d tablet twice daily before food for 5 days.. if symptoms presists , Kindly visit a nearby ent surgeon
