Regular Saline Nasal douching will really help you overcome this problem. You can start using NASOWASH twice a day. Alternatively you can take a glass of clean lukewarm water and dissolve 1 tsp salt and a pinch of baking soda( soda bicarbonate/ meetha soda) in it. Use this solution to clean your nose by inhaling and exhaling the water through alternate nostrils or both as convenient. If douching is not convenient for you then use Kleenose saline spray 2 puffs twice a day for 2 months
