Septo and adenoidectomy 4 months
Hello , i had septoplasty and adenoidectomy  ( no turbinoplasty) 4 months back , but still i am facing difficulty breathing although its normal sometimes , whenever i swallow it feels mucus going inside throat, this mucus is causing difficulty in breathing , on physical consultation with a local ent,on examination he says my recovery is well , and nasal passage is clear, he then said that my nasal passage is completely clear, he then gave me fluticasone ft spray fir 1 month... please suggest me what should be done i feel this mucus id causing a problem for me as i feel mucus running down throat on swallowing... PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD BE DONE , should i use STEAM inhalation and ehat other measures should be taken , please guide me through thid tough times.

Good afternoon looks like Chronic rhinosinusitis Kindly take nasal spray Adequate hydration Steam inhalation twice daily Add TAB AMBRONAC 1-0-1 for 5 days

It can be allergic rhinosinusitis with post nasal drip.. Avoid allergens. Continue the spray.. Have a followup with the treating surgeon after 2 weeks..
