Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have just noticed that there are a few red spots in my throat (pic attached). It feels a bit scratchy at times when fast wind gusts hit my nose, such as when the fan blades move fast or when I press hard from the outside. But there's no pain while swallowing yet. I have also been sneezing at times mainly during the night for the past 3 days which has been hurting my throat. So I tend to cover my nose while sleeping. I have no cough, fever, runny nose or pain in my joints. Neither do i have nausea or vomiting/stomach upset. But I do suffer from allergic rhinitis. Also I always wear double masks and abide by COVID norms completely and i hope this is not anything dangerous? Could someone please tell me what these are and which medicines i should take? I have been gurgling with betadine 2% gargling solution in the evening. Will that suffice? Please help?🙏

I have blocked nose always since I was 17 years . And there is nasal drip also . The nastril on side i sleep remains blocked and when i shift other side other one blocks after couple of minutes . Occasionally i also feel sore throat and cough .But generally no other issue , no headache . But my eyes are also itching . When i use budanese i feel good but soon after i leave i experience same . What could be issue . Can nasal polyp be the reason .

Hii doc, me on last Friday last week after taking bath,i dryed my hair a bit late, Soo after i began experiencing throat burning, after next day I got high fever and I took dolo 650 but the fever was accomplished with headache and fatigue and throat irritation soo I took orsl and bactoclav 625 antibiotic! Now fever is stable after 3 days course of paracetamol but throat burning is not going, doing salt water gargle. Now have I to continue with the antibiotics for 3 days or 5 days and kindly suggest any suggestions for improving throat irritation

Hi , I have a pea sized painless lump little bit hard in the submental region. But it doesn't persist it usually occurs at night and in morning it is gone . So we can rule out the fear of cancer. Hi doctors My toddler is 2 years 9 month old. Exact 1 year before, we had get his ear wax removed by ENT surgeon due to blockage of eardrum due to hard wax. But from last a week, I feel that he is very cranky and obstinate . And whenever I hold him in my shoulder .he put his right side cheek on my shoulder and rub tightly his jaws on my shoulder bone and satisfy him by rubbing or pressing his jaws or portion above jaws on my shoulder. Since last year we haven't clean his ears also. So can you suggest any eardrops for wax remover to clean his ears. Also his nostrils always remain dry. We use saline drops for months use oil to mostirise nose but no impact is shown. And his speech is mostly nasal speech . So we can't understand. Need overview ...

I have throat pain, sternum swelling, throat scratchy, trouble swallowing, upper back pain for three days. Please tell me what could be the problem?

For the past 4 days, I'm having dry cough and sore throat. During the time when I'm sleeping, I won't cough. But in the remaining time I'm getting dry cough and sore throat. I've tried having ginger tea, salt water gargle but it didn't worked. Can anyone suggest what could be done to reduce this problem?

I've attached the report of PNS CT scan. I am really pissed off with nose blockage. Also having pre asthma and taking inhaler (budamate) and allergic medicines. My Marriage is in next month (very cold weather) and i am really scared now. Shall I get the surgery done or anh medication will help? CT scan impression: - The study reveals evidence of polypoidal mucosal wall thickening involving right maxillary sinus suggestive of polyp. - Deviation of nasal septum with bony spur and convexity towards left side is seen causing indentation over left middle-inferior turbinate.

Last 2 month i have a low grade fever and white tongue i done CBC monocytes 1 percent and esr 26 last week hiv 1/2 rapid test done its show non reactive Please advise me what hiv test best
