Nasal packing prevents you from complications like bleeding and septal buldge
And nasal pack timings depends on the surgeon!
Its a part of the procedure

Some use to pack both nostril nd some use to pack only operative site some r not doing nasal packing in septoplasty

yes defenitely becuase after surgery the nose may bleed, and for septal flaps approximation the nostrils have to be packed
