Blocked nose and ear causing pain vertig
I have got blocked right nostril and right side ear . It seems ear is blocked and there us pain . There is no cough but since the ear is blocked i am having dizziness snd vertigo . What medicene should i take

Blocked nose can cause  tube block and some times fluid in the middle ear
Next Steps
need to take an ENT consultation to rule out various causes of vertigo, like positional vertigo, Meniers disease.tympanometry and PTA to be done
