Sinusitis ,severe dry cough and headache
Hello, I'm attaching MRI brain and CT Paranasal Sinuses. Had severe dry cough , cold,facial pain and headache. So consulted doctor. Sometimes I sneez 20 to 30 times an hour. After that get severe headache. Please look into report and let me know if sinus operation is mandatory?

Good morning Your symptoms are suggestive of allergic rhinosinusitis If possible share the images of ct scan Needs complete examination

Dry cough and sneezing may be due to allergic rhinitis.. according to the scan , Sinusitis is present.. even after doing a FESS .. the allergic rhinitis symptoms may persists.. so needs a through evaluation before the procedure.. kindly visit a nearby ent surgeon or online for further evaluation
