Hi. I am 35 years old. My height is 5.10 and weight is 81. Sometimes I feel shortness of breath while sleeping. It would be generally for a second or so and I get awakened immediately. This happens kind of once or twice in a couple of months or so . I found this happening only during afternoon sleep ( I didn't notice it during night sleep atleast). I have snoring problem.
I do not consume alcohol or smoke. Six months back I had a general check up and my ecg was fine.
What might be the cause of the issue.
