Hello sir,
I have been experiencing a heavy runny nose
Which is sometimes Accompanied by itchy eyes,ears, and coughing.
I am having pain in the nose also because there seems to be wound in the nose
Please help me

Since you suspect a wound in your nose, please go to the ENT OPD of a good hospital nearby and get it examined and treated. This may not heal spontaneously.
