Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been diagnosed with Tinnitus, i consulted ENT, i have taken a course of ginkgo biloba and then Tinnex, i tried to suppress using external sounds such as light music, fan sound and many others, still the issue exists, in the internet it tells there is no cure for Tinnitus, please suggest how to handle this issue.

Hello doctor I am 20 yers old. Around 2 weeks ago, I felt that there is a lump at back part of tongue on left side. It was paining since then only during swallowing. But yesterday, I felt like it's size decreased and there was no pain for a while. Then it started paining also without swallowing. Should I be worried? Is it cancer or something? Thanks

Swallowed a small fish bone on Sunday. Did home remedies and it seems to have gone down. Monday was feeling something stuck in throat when i swallow. No pain per se. Breathing etc normal. Went to ent on Tuesday. He checked and said there is no foreign object though there is some injury, prescribed antacid syrup. My question is how many days will the injury take to heal? And is there any other thing i can do for faster healing?

Ear was blocked since yesterday. Kindly suggest way a head for rectifying. If required pls suggest medicine

Hi sir/ma'am, I have been suffering from severe tonsillitis for the last 2 weeks. Both the tonsils are almost near to touch each other. When i take the above mentioned medicines i get relief for some hours but then again pain starts and swelling is not healing at all. In pain, I can't eat anything, swallowing is also very painful. I got tonsillitis for the first time after my school days. There is no pus, only red inflamed tonsils. Both the tonsils are inflamed but only one side is very very painful. Before these medicines i  have taken clarithromycin 500, moncel fx, deflawal but it didn't help me at all. The doctor is advising me to go for IV and if it doesn't work then go for tonsillectomy. I don't want to remove my tonsils.. Kindly help i am very much Frustrated and feeling hopeless. Thank you!
