Phelm stuck in Nose and abnormal smell
During Flu i took Levocetrazine to control running nose. Now there is phelm stuck inside my nose, it won't come out even after inhaling decongestives. I cannot smells things like before. Some products (cream / breads) smell very wierd. I also feel more cold than others in the room. Pls advise.

Do Jal Neti twice daily. Go onto Amazon and purchase the 300ml capacity Jal Neti bottle and Jal Neti Plus salt economy pack.
Use 1 level scoop of the salt in 300ml of warm water to do the nasal wash, twice daily, 30 minutes before food.
