Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

So in jan first week i had a viral infection post which my throat issues stayed lingering till today. In feb i had a course of ceftum 500 for 5 days along with montek lc, while i was taking it was kinda fine but later same thing. Now I showed an ent who has put me on Cepodem XP for 10 days, along with a steroid nasal spray and steam inhalation. I do salt water gargling additionally as well. Will this thing get better? I am scared since it lasted 2 months already. I am attaching the picture, you can see in back throat wall there are two lumps, they're there since 2-3 years, never caused problem. Ignoring that, why my tonsils stay a little swollen always? Should I go for tonsillectomy? Please advice on my condition

I am having coughing too much. It is not dry cough. I am having phlegm while coughing. I am also having a very slight throat pain while coughing. TIA

Every morning i have this irritated nose and i start sneezing without any prior cold symptoms. The symptom stays in the morning and disappears by noon. Also, my nose is very easily irritated by even a mild smell or smoke or touch. Sneezing usually starts after a nap either night or evening.

My mom was facing issue with ear backside pain and right side throat Itching and she was facing acidity since few years . Could we have medication to get relief.

I had my septoplasty and adenoidectomy on 27-02-23 i,e, on saturday , i have a few querries regarding precautions- 1. as my hospital was far from hotel , i had to go to hospital in auto( 3 wheeler( , for follow on , so in auto there is some jerking , and so will this affect me , is my bone gonna deviate agan. 2) after 3 days of seotoplasty i had an appointment with an eye doctor , and so i had to use liftts ,there so , on using lift i felt some pressure on nose , so is it normal or it will lead to hazardousn circumstances in future 3.) its been 5 days of my seotoplasty , but still nose blocked , doctor told  thar because i havent started breathing through nose and because of some crust ,and gave me daline spray , so is it normal , 4) something as there is  breathelessnrss i put a bit pressure on inhaling throigh mouthe , so will it do harm to my nose.and lastly can i travel in plane. please tell me other PRECAUTIONS
