Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

22 female, having frequent episodes of sore throat. Notices difference in size of tonsils 1.5 years ago, right tonsil slightly larger. Caught a cold 3 days back, since then notices a white spot on right tonsil and have feeling of something caught in the back of throat. One cervical lymph node palpable on right side. Med student & smoker since 1 year ( 1 cigarette per day)

My mother was suffering from intense left ear ache. Her pain felt sharp and electric shock like. Doctor prescribed her Etoshine 90 and Shine 10. After taking these two medicines her pain has subsided and she feels better. But we are noticing that her face( especially the left side) is swollen. Is her face swollen because of the medicines?

I had my septoplasty and adenoidectomy recently and after sutgery as my hotel room is far si , i have to travel to jotel in auto(3 wheeler) where there are jwrkings like in spees breaker , patholes , ,i had to travel in auto for follow up visits also next day after septoplasty , so there was jerking , so will it affect my nose , will it lead re deviation os septum...please help

Please advise how can I stop snoring problem. it starts after COVID vaccine. I have also tried spray and snoring device to stop. But nothing happened.

When i roll my tongue back, and lick the soft palate area, just infront of the uvula, i feel dot dot pattern there, is that normal anatomy? Check the below picture, those shiny bump kind of thing that lokks like dot sot in the soft palate, are they the salivary gland openings? Or fordyce granules?

Is otitis media one of cause ruptured eardrum ? I mean can ruptured eardrum be happen due to otitits media ?

I have a small lump between  jaw and neck for 3-4 weeks It is not causing any problem not growing or anything but should I get a consult about it from ent specialist As I checked this online lump are usually harmless But any opinions regarding this anyone I don't have any other symptoms with lump it just suddenly appeared out of nowhere
