Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am student and I'm very sensitive to external sounds like dog barking, birds chirping, sound of crickets at night etc. I'm not able to study properly. I'm using ear muffs to subside it but its not working. Any device is there which can stop the functioning of ear drum whenever I need and should not allow the sound to enter my ears

I am suffering from throat pain and throat discomfort and coughing while speaking more from 4 days . 2 days before i have weekness and fatigue.  I am taking cefodem and sinarest. Kindly help me with it. How to recover from throat discomfort.

When can i start bathing normally after septoplasty , its been 2 weeks ,since my surgery ,and when can i start gymming , and do i need nasal douching or will  i have to continue using solespray ,

I am 26 yr old female weight 46kg I am not able to breathe properly meaning I am not able to take deep breaths. There is no pain anywhere just when i try to breathe air does not go in as much as it used to. I have been facing this problem for several months. Some days are fine some are terrible. Breathing exercises are not helping . What should I do and who should I consult.

Surgery happened 6 months ago .I feel stuffiness inside my right nostril often nothing else . I am sharing my PNS-CT .Please let me know if any complications are there .I am an army personnel so I couldn't visit my surgeon . Please share your feedback. My current posting is in rural region .

Eyes are watery, itching and reddish Rashes under the neck and left elbow/ forearm Flem in the nose but no fever or coughing

I had lumps after nose piercing. If I remove the rose ring then will the piercing hole will be closed? Or I can wear the ring again soon?

Hello doctor Not so significant and regular but i feel burning like sensation plus slight plain sometimes when I eat /chew . In the left side /jaw/ear.

I had cold and fever in 1st week of Feb..I took the following medications:-Tab Azithral 500,Tab Montek LC,Tab Dolo 650mg Ever since then I'm having a persistent fishy smell in both my nostrils..nose remains blocked most of the time.Im also sneezing a lot ,having low grade fever(Temp between 99.1-99.5°F) experiencing post nasal drip and throat pain every now and then..I'm having a lot of discomfort I had ent issues in 2015 but after using the prescribed medications my symptoms had reduced Kindly help me..
