Hello doctor, i am suffering from allergic rhinitis & nasal mucus resulting from dust exposure. I took levocetrizine 5 mg today at 5 am in the morning however i haven't gotten any relief so far, but i was advised by the G.P that bilastine 10mg can be tried but i am not sure whether or when i can take it or not? Please help me out..  Thanks

I have done tympanometry graph A is coming and audiometry is normal. Why is Tinitus happening in the left ear then? It's an inner ear disease Or minaiers diseases. No vertigo no dizziness only Tinitus. Or water present in ear.Please help

I had CT scan of PNS on 22.04.2023...My current symptoms-Blocked nose,persistent fishy smell in both nostrils,facial swelling,toothache,sometimes headache..My current medications are not helping me(Fluticone ft nasal spray,Tab Monti fx,nasoclear wash,steam inhalation with Carvol plus) Is surgery the only option left? In case,the surgery fails what will happen?(I'm pessimistic abt it because I have a history of 8 major GI surgeries(my 5th surgery had failed,that's why I had to undergo 3 more surgeries) I'm attaching my reports..
