Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had undergone an arthroscopic shoulder surgery with general anasthesia 30 days back . Right after surgery , when I open my eyes , I could feel pain in my throat and I tried to speak but voice was not coming . I asked surgeon about it and he said it is due to intubation and voice will be back in couple of days . Voice did not become normal after 7 days so I consulted an ENT doctor and they took endoscopy and I am attaching the report . I followed one week of voice rest (not so strictly ) but voice was not back . I consulted one more ENT doctor again then . He said I have to go for absolute voice rest for two more weeks and gave some gas tablets too.. I completed one week now and one more week I have to be on voice rest .. Why it is taking this long time .. Was not I supposed to get my voice in couple of days .. I am attaching the medicines I took after discharge for 10 days..

Pain near left ear when chewing food and moving jaw since 2 weeks current taking dynapar m medicine last 5 days but nothing is improve

There is itching of nose, and mucus formation resulting to a pain and slight swelling . its is from last 4 days

My throat is feeling very tight and stiff, also having feeling if something is stuck in my throat, what could be a reason to that and is it possible to cure it through homeopathy.

Is my inferior turbinate normal?Septoplasty and Turbinoplasty done 8 months before. Sometimes I feel heaviness inside my right nostrils. Kindly share your valuable feedback 🙏

I had a burger from KFC, although it was boneless chicken but it kind of passed hard through the throat, and now my throat is kind of stiff as if something is stuck, although there is no pain, I am able to breathe and speak properly, no pain while swallowing saliva water or food, but feeling is if something is stuck is there, how to get it resolved ?

I had the nose scan and the in reports it is mentiones as unilocular cystic lesion . is it dangerous?
