Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother is suffering from intense left ear ache since two years. The pain is now moving to her head like an electric current. She feels pain even to open her left jaw. She has visited several doctors, had done an ear xray which doesn't show anything serious. Now doctor asked her do a ct scan. I am really scared. Does ear tumors cause severe ear ache? She has no hearing problem or tinnitus.

How long should i use isotonic saline nasal spray after septoplasty. i had it on 25-02-23 , doctor has advised to use it for 5 days 3 times , should i stop it after that or use more , and otriving spray is advised to be used for 5 days what should be done , and no antibiotics has been prescribed

Hi am getting thick mucus from nose due to which my upper jaw on both sides cheeks under eyes are paining I had my antibiotic for my viral infection 1week back but still this issue came up after my fever subsided completly what to do suggest please 🙏

There is mucus inside the throat not too much but continue to stay even ofter clean always and also side block of nose and watery fluid out of nose . All these make me feels  discomfort and I have no pain at all . What should I do? Is it a sign of beginning sinus or what...???
