Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doctor ,i'm feeling fullness an pressure in both the ears ,an head is feeling heavy an tight an feeling dizzy type ..why i'm feeling this ,i don't have cold an cough ..thanks

Since 20 days i am having cold and cough, 1 week ago i was diagnosed with malaria falciparum, took match injections for 3 days and antibiotics for 1 week, now i am having severe nose Congestion and feel that mucus is stuck in my throat but not coming out while coughing. Very sticky yellow gelly like substance is coming out of my eyes everytime. I am having severe pain in one side of my face. And pain in throat sometimes. My nose gets so Congested till throat that i start feeling nauseous. I also get a very foul smell and taste of mucus in my mouth constantly. Please help 🙏 I consulted an ent yesterday and he said that it is acute rhinosinusitis. He didn't do any test and gave cefpodoxime proxetil and potassium clavulanate, alaspan and dolo 650. Today a lot of mucus has come out of my nose, but i am not feeling any better. Do i need to consult some other doctor?

Good evening sir/Madam I quite smoking 2 years back I don't have any cough,fever or weight loss Maximum number of my nose remain congested Some times when I sniff and then spit there is blood in my mucus without any cough Also have blood tinned mucus from nose when try to clear nostrils manually Recently have 15.01 blood in mucus no cough 16.01 blood from nose while cleaning nose 17.01 blood in mucus no cough

My nose are always dry from inside and so regularly itching is there. Because of finger it get infected
