Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had a bath in the river one week ago now bothu my ears are itching and am feeling like my ears are blocked.itching is there for the past 5 days kindly advise and prescribe medicines please.

Hello this is my ct scan report , it indicates 1.) DNS AND SPUR 2.) ENLARGED ADENOIDS AND although there is no inferior turbinates swelling but on pulling the nose through cheeks breathing becomes easier , so , is the dns of grade 1 or is it severe , do i need septoplasty , i face breathing issue through nose , i am also attaching blood report , which indicates high eosinophills , so will allergy management will be enough or do i need surgery..and also in adenoidectomy required. i am 22 years old. SO IS SEPTOLPASTY REQUIRED, is DNS SEVERE , AND IS ADENOIDECTOMY REQUIRED , I AM CURRENTLY ON FLUTICONE FT SPRAY FOR 1 MONTH , A BIT IMPROVEMENT IS THERE BUT THE PROBLEM IS THERE ,

Please recommend an effective drug for allergic scratchy throat? Have tried montelukast/ fexofenadine but they don't provide any noticeable relief, thanks.

Today my nose started bleeding out of nowhere, I do have allergic rhinosinusitis so it is not very uncommon for me specially in winters. But today I was washing my hair bending forward and after that I spotted blood from nose, though I'm not sure if bending over was the reason for my nosebleed. It happened twice in last 2 hours. Is it something serious? What should I do? Can bending forward cause nosebleed?

Doctor suggested usg of neck where they have found bilateral fatty hilum on lymph nodes and it's size is greather than 1 cm. My father is suffering from voice change due to overuse of voice and loss of hearing. Now doctor is saying to do FNAC test. But after 3 days of antibiotics lymph nodes getting smaller. What is happening??

I have allergic rhinosinusitis and I was having nosebleed for past few days which is common for me in winters. But today after sneezing forcefully I observed little amount of blood in my spit, my nose was having bloody boogers too. I didn't cough though. Is it something deadly? Like lung cancer?

Hi Doctor It's been a week i developed these mouth ulcers. Since it was very painful I started taking medicines on doctor's consultation which are O2, Zerodol p & Zytee Gel. I am attaching pictures. Need to understand what kind of ulcers these are why they happen? Although ulcers have not increased but they are improving very slowly.

I am having sore throat and blood streaks with green colour phlegm every day morning only , from the last one week. Visited ENT specialist and he said that I am having granular pharyngitis and prescribed antibiotic, anti allergic and antacid medicines along with betadine gargil. I am using antibiotic from the last 3 days. Throat pain reduced and feeling normal but still the blood streaks in the morning continued. He didn't order me any tests but this problem is persistent from the last 4 years. No fever , No cough , No weight loss , No Ear pain , No feeling of lumps in throat, no swelling in throat.Feeling Anxious because of this since I had a medical test for job purpose in a week?

Respected doctor! I have been suffering from chronic sore throat for more than 1 year which some times worsens my condition. I starts having headache. Please help me out what I should do. I am literally dying by this sore throat. It irritates me a lot due to which my studies are not happening.

I have had a cold for a week. My throat became really bad 2 days back. I cannot speak at all as no voice comes out. Have been taking Levofloxacin since the past two days but still my voice is not back. What can I do? And how long will it take to get normal again?
